Problem with Responsive navigation menu.

Hi everyone, i have problem with creating drop down menus, side way menus and its likes. I saw a webpage titled custom menu and applied all the guide but not working including watching and following the simple video. But, nothing still works. I tried to re-arrange the menu to suit my purpose, create drop menus for some menu and side-way menu for sub menu but all seems not to work. Don’t know whether is because of my theme as i use a Child responsive theme for it. This is my website (http://ieatndrink.com/). I use responsive blogger theme with a responsive child theme. Please help me out. I need to set up this website as quick as possible.
