upgrade won't install

    I paid for the upgrade and got the upgrade code but keep getting errors no matter how I try installing:

    Installing Theme from uploaded file: snapshot.1.2.2.zip

    Unpacking the package… Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home3/spotthro/public_html/newsite2013/wp-content/themes/snapshot/

    Theme install failed.
