Thank you very much.
We’re currently working on supporting the new BP 1.7 theme compatibility features. The new version should be out in about a week from now. We’ll also ping you here as soon as it’s out.
Thanks again!
Thank you for your reply. So the reason for the styling is down to the version of buddypress? When upgrading this plugin, this will correct these issues?
I will continue to design the pages that i’m using for the tabs and will await your upgrade.
Thanks in advance
Yes, it’s because of the BP version, and yes, our next upgrade should fix these issues.
Looking forward to your update!
Thanks for a great plugin!
Admin menu is still broken even after the latest update.
Please try again now (1.3.2). The previous 1.3.1 version had a missing uploaded template file.
Thank you very much!
You see again same problem…nothing has change. Listen to us and not yourself so much and we can get this plugin to work. Great idea bad plugin!
Hi @sensibleplugins
First of all thank you for a great plugin. I just did the update which fixed the styling issues – however, the two pages I have set up contains shortcodes for PHP and Digital Access Pass which worked before but now doesn’t. I just displays the shortcodes in text.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks!
Dear all,
Thanks to the page sources we’ve received from you guys, we now know why the admin settings page is broken on some configurations and we’ll issue a fix for that really soon.
@makmacmc: You’re most welcome! Which plugin are you using to create the PHP shotcodes?
BTW we also need to know if you guys are using custom themes or the standard WordPress theme. If you’re using custom themes, please let us know what themes are you using. Also, please let us know if reverting to the WP standard theme fixes the settings page.
Thanks again for all your help!
Thanks for your quick reply! π
I am using the PHP code for Posts plugin but also using shortcodes from my Digital Access Pass Membership Plugin. It worked fine before the upgrade so not sure what happened. I am using a yootheme template but can’t really switch temp as I am on a live site.
Thanks!
@sensibleplugins I was speaking with you yesterday about the problem in the settings page. I have been using a pagelines theme and I am using a template packet for buddypress that makes buddypress match pagelines. However, I would not think the admin backend of wordpress would not be effected by what theme I am using.
However, I hope my information helps! I really can’t wait to be able to use the plugin π
Just wanted to update you that we discovered during testing that our plugin has a conflict with another plugin named “All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely”. If you do have that plugin, deactivating it will fix our plugin’s Settings page.
We’re currently working to figure out how to resolve this conflict. Thank you very much.
