Problem loading website

Hi, a few weeks ago my friend and I started a website. Everything worked fine until last week, when one day, my friend was unable to load the website at her house. I was still having no trouble loading the site at home, but anywhere else, even on the same devices, the website would begin to load and then cut off and say that the server was not responding. I tried deleting my plugins, but it didn’t help. Please help me fix this problem. The website is
