First thanks for the plugin, coupled with cache I’ve managed to decrease my loading time 20% of what is was previously on my listaz.co.uk site. I didnt want to have to download all the images and run them through photoshop batch processing

I can optimise the images individually one by one, but when using the bulk optimiser; I click the button “Start optimising” (119 images) and nothing happens (page just sort of re-loads)

I’m using the latest version of Firefox and i’ve tested this in IE and Chrome all of which I can replicate the error.

If you email me at j.phillip.d@googlemail.com I will set you up a login so you can see the problem.

    Thanks!

for reference to others, I’ve found 2 plugins using outdated jquery functionality that breaks the bulk optimize function (they shouldn’t be loading js on pages for other plugins anyway, might look into rectifying that).

Bugs have been filed for these plugins:
    Shortcode Exec PHP
    Contact Form Plugin

Should also mention, the temporary fix is to just copy the built-in WP version of jquery over top of the version 1.9.1 file in the ewww-image-optimizer plugin folder. It’s located at wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js

The dev version now also has a check for the WP version so that it only loads the newer jquery file when an older version of WP is detected. This should minimize the issues until the authors of Contact Form Plugin update their scripts.
The Shortcode Exec PHP author already released an update with the fix.

Released 1.4.3 with the fixes in place.
