Copying wp.com slideshow style to wp.org?

    Hi all.

    Newbie alert, please be gentle with me! And apologies if i’ve posted this in the wrong place.

    I started my own site over on wordpress.com, using the Responsive theme. I soon realized how limited it was in comparison to wordpress.org, so i got myself a domain and a host, and off we go.

    I had my slideshows just perfect on .com using the default gallery/slideshow feature, but i can’t recreate it over on .org. In particular I’m a fan of the black background on ‘Current/Recent Artists’ slideshow, and the grid layout on ‘Previous Tours/Clients’.

    Install Jetpack and activate the Carousel module.

    That’s brilliant. Thank you!

    So, using ‘Square Tiles’ as the format for my other gallery, how do I force it to display images in the format of 2 images on the top row, 3 on subsequent rows?
