Their tickets are available wherever you placed the [wpscSupportTicket] shortcode.

When I used a guest e-mail to submit a ticket (to test it), I got an e-mail telling me that it had been answered. When I went back to the page to check on it, I put in the same e-mail address, but nothing comes up except the box to submit a new ticket. I couldn’t see any old tickets as a guest.

Sounds like you don’t have a Main Page selected in the options. Goto wp-admin > wpscSupportTickets > and then in the top right, pick the WordPress page where you placed the [wpscSupportTickets] shortcode.

I’ve already got that selected. That’s why I am a little stumped. Here is the link: http://iamachildofdivorce.com/askusaquestion/ how is it supposed to work? Are they supposed to be able to see their prior tickets when they enter their e-mail?

Yes, it is supposed to allow guest to see their previous tickets, which works correctly on my test environments and live sites, but as I’ve verified, does not work on yours. When testing on your site, I notice that it is not retaining the user’s email address in the session. That looks to be the issue, meaning either server side session settings or another bit of code from another plugin or theme is destroying the session data. Let me take a dip into the code and see if I can accomplish the same things without using sessions.

    Thanks, I appreciate it.

Okay, since I can’t recreate your issue on my own sites, I’ve done my best to code in a backup plan that I think will take into account the issues you are experiencing. However, I have no idea if my update works or not until we can try it on your site. The update is out now, in the form of wpscSupportTickets 1.9.1. Let me know if it resolves your guest account issues.

It seems to be working now! Thanks so much!
