Wrong monthly amount appearing for mortgage calculator

    Where is the error? I just compared the mortgage calculator against Zillow – premium and interest calculations are correct. PMI and Home Insurance as only estimates.

    So your calc includes PMI and a home insurance estimate?

    Anyway to have those fields available? PMI and home insurance varies widely.

    The settings for the PMI and Home Insurance are available under the plugin’s options: http://s.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-real-estate-pack-4/screenshot-5.png?r=702319

    Or are you talking about making them available to the public? On the user end? I know that they vary, but how many consumers know what their PMI or Home Insurance is going to be?

    I didn’t realize the closing cost settings were tied into the mortgage calc… I thought they were for a closing cost estimator.

    No, the closing costs settings are for the closing costs estimator calc – they are not related to the mortgage calculator.
