    I paid $20 for the deluxe version to export customer info but it doesn’t work at all. The downloaded file is blank even though I have tons of customers in woocommerce.

    I’ve sent support requests via their website with no response. My client is upset with me. Trying to get my $20 back.

    Hi brandonbutler, you have commented on the WP e-Commerce release of Store Exporter. You can always open a case with PayPal which will process the refund for you; we have no problem refunding. I’d be happy to dig up your support ticket if it is un-resolved.
