    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    From what I can see, you are using “combined cells” in that table. Unfortunately, the “Responsive Tables” Extension doesn’t really support that, as the browser then renders the table in a weird way.

    Thus, you’ll not really be able to use that Extension on this table. Sorry. Also, I’m not sure that the Extension would be that helpful on this table anyway, as it’s more targetted at tables with real tabular data.

    sorry my english is not so good. do yo mean that I should disable the tablepress extension and use div container to create it?

    hope you understand what I mean.

    Hi,

    that depends. Your main idea is to show a family tree from what I can see. Showing this as a table does work, as in your case, however, making it responsive is not really possible.

    A <div> approach could also work, but then you are also facing the question of how to change the layout to make it responsive.

    Yes, we can speak German, but as these are the English forums, this is not the best place, and we should continue via email (although I don’t really have futher ideas 🙁 )
