You’d have to edit plugin files and add target=”_blank” to those links, code is located in /includes/ts-fab-construct-tabs.php
But I can’t really advise you to do that unless you’re familiar with PHP.
Love the plugin but agree with TanHeart – opening the links in a new window would be ideal. Is it something you would consider as part of an update Slobodan?
Opening links in a new window is not considered as usability best practice, so we will consider your suggestion, but it’s unlikely we’ll apply it.

Opening links in a new window is terrible for accessibility too. As it “breaks” the browser’s back button, such windows can leave certain user groups stranded with no way back to the original window/site. Given that equal access for disabled people on the web is now mandated by law in many countries, these kinds of practices can leave sites on the wrong side of the law and open to legal action.
