Could you help hiding widget to a specific user group please ?

Hello

I’m using a job board theme.
I have the job listing sidebar with an advanced search for job listing
And i have the resume sidebar with an advanced search for resumes.
The theme has 3 roles: job seeker, job lister and recruiter.

One the first widget i would like that anyobdy (even visitors not registered and i, as the admin) can see it except “job lister” and “recruiter”, and on a second widget in the second sidebar, i’d like that only “job lister”, “recruiter” andi (the admin) can see it.

Could you help me with teh code to write please? Thanks.
In wordpress it says
