I reveive spam comments for my posts. Can I add any Captcha or same sort of option to stop spam comment? or is there any other way to stop that?

Akismet is about the most widely suggested option for this. You can also add in captchas if you like. Unfortuantely no matter what you do you’ll never stop the SPAM completely, but you can slow it down a lot with a few things like this.

You may also try anti-spam plugin.

It blocks spam in comments automatically and without captcha.

I created this plugin and it rejects spam pretty good.
