All pages show only most recent posts – but posts exist

    The front page of my site is set to show recent posts, and it does just that. However *every* page of blog posts shows only the most recent posts: going to http://lauravanarendonkbaugh.com/page/2/ or http://lauravanarendonkbaugh.com/page/5/ shows the identical posts as on the front page at lauravanarendonkbaugh.com.

    All the posts are still present and can be navigated to via internal links or directly accessed, but the blog paging shows only the most recent posts.

    I’ve tried deactivating recent plugins but nothing seems to make a change. Changing themes solves the problem, so it’s something in there but I cannot guess what. Suggestions?

    Have you edited the theme’s template files at all to add a custom query? If not, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.
