how to get the categories to pull into pages

Hi

I have read over threads for the last few days and for the life of me i cannot seem to find any answers to my question.

So what I want to do is create pages and have them pull certain categories.

So my website would be http://www.discountvinylwallart.co.uk/livingroom-wall-art as apposed to .co.uk/category/livingroom-wall-art

I have little knowledge of wordpress as have only been using for the last few months. So any help would be most grateful.
