Theme install attempt deleted wp-config & MySql values not taking

    I had a successful 5 min wp install, and it linked up perfectly with MySql. I then attempted to install a new theme, and my wp stoppwd working. I recreated the ‘missing’ wp-config.php and attempted to update the MySql parameters from screens in MySql workbench. Nothing seems to work. What next?

    restart pc.

    Nothing should have remove wp-config.php so there is something very odd going on.

    You can always delete or move the theme to another folder to get access to WP again
