    Hi,
    I’m looking for wordpress plugins which meets requirements below,

    can rate articles with stars and comments.
    can display average stars on each article.
    have a configuration window for these comments and rating stars
    can display high rated articles and most commented article with TOP-10 style.
    can prohibit multiple posts by the same person referring to IP address or CookieID.
    can allows to post only for limited members with plugins like WP-member.

    I liked WP-PostRatings. but I’d like to comment and rate.
    Please let me know if you know better one.
    I’m willing to pay for it.
