Image pluggin display problems

Hello, my name is Andrew and I run the site Partisan Free Politics.com.

A few weeks ago when I was still running WP v2.2, I noticed that the images that my plugins were using were no longer displaying. This error started happening after I began using the post ratings widget. At first I thought the error was the result of a new plugin not working, however, I then noticed that my “buy me a beer” image was no longer displaying. Has anyone had similar problems, where images associated with on site widgets don’t display, and every other image still does?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
