Simple to use – prompt support

This plugin is easy and straightforward to use. I had some trouble with it on a few of the sites I manage and worried that I might have to use some other backup system, however, even though I was running the free version,I received prompt and professional support and the problem was resolved within hours. I love having a complete backup of my WordPress sites in a single zip file using an uncluttered and simple interface. Now that I have purchased the pro version I can restore a backup with a single click.
