Hi, I have followed instructions to download my subscribers got to ‘Download all as CSV (must be logged into your WordPress.com account)’ when I click this link, it just takes me to the wordpress.com dashboard?

I have clicked all links within this dashboard and my subscribers are no where to be seen?

If you’re logged in to your WordPress.com account, the download should start right away.

Could you start by logging in to your WordPress.com account, and make sure the account is the one you used to connect Jetpack in the first place?

Let me know if it helps.

Thanks for your reply Jeremy, I am definitely logged in to wordpress.com as it takes me to the dashboard.

    re:

Is there a way to tell which account this ‘original’ one is? I have a generic one I have been using for all my clients blogs and I setup a separate one for my clients use for this blog. I have tried both accounts though and neither seem to work.

    cheers

The best way to make sure you’re using the right account is to go to the Jetpack menu, and disconnect from WordPress.com thanks to the button in the top right corner. You can then reconnect Jetpack to WordPress.com using the account of your choice: you won’t lose any Jetpack settings, and you will know for sure which account is connected to your site.
