    Hi,

On my website, whenever I try to performa a search, I get :

There’s a conflict that’s breaking your EasyRotator code; please click OK to learn how to address the problem.

    I tried both workarounds :

I tried the functions.php workaround : the problem persists.

I tried the [raw] workaround : both the [raw] and [/raw] tags appear on the web page, and the problem persists.

If it’s not possible to have the rotator on this page, that’s not very annoying ; but can I stop this popup from bothering the website visitors ?

    Hi,

On this type of theme there are a number of possible configuration
issues, but I recommend you try adding the code from here to your
    functions.php file:

    https://gist.github.com/df50e543677392ab60cd

This code will replace the rotator in search results with just the
first static image. This should avoid the corruption issue and also
    improve performance.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hello Drew,

I did that, to no avail.

    Hi,

Please double-check that you’ve cleared any caches if you’re using a caching plugin. If you still experience trouble, please open a support ticket and send temporary WordPress credentials so we can check the code.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill
