Which log files? I’m a “newbie” in this section…
May need to ask your host.
Sometimes they’re called apache log files, or server log files, or in a folder called logs. Some hosts give you access via a control panel, if not then look, using Filezilla (or your control panel File Manager) for log folders.
In addition, with some hosts, you need to ask them to increase PHP memory.

FATAL: erealloc(): Unable to allocate 77824 bytes
