Can't Ban Users

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare validate_username() (previously declared in /home/sehc/sehcgamers.com/wp-includes/user.php:1230) in /home/sehc/sehcgamers.com/socialhq/includes/functions_user.php on line 1547

    Tried banning via IP and Email. The error above is generated from both actions. I need help on this quick. Please.
