I do not see anchor tag box in pages or posts in my wordpress site when I try to create anchor links..Ple tell me why is this not appearing..So I am unable to create anchor links on my site..

1. install plugin
2. set options as picture http://s.wordpress.org/plugins/better-anchor-links/screenshot-1.jpg?r=763620
3. add the tag [mwm-aal-display] into your post
4. in the post create some headings (h1-h6)
