Cannot attach custom fields to media attachments in WP 3.5.1

    Dear all,

    I’ve tried to create custom fields to the media attachments in wp 3.5.1,
    tried various combinations in the plugin menu, but still cannot see them in the attachment’s details in the “Add Media” menu.

    Does anybody familiar with the issue?
