I am in a wordpress dashboard and I am not trying to logout out but I get 403 forbidden warning. I have recently copied the wordpress and database files to a local environment to work with, but it seemed to be fine once I had done this. Only yesterday when I was putting a post together did it start forbidding me to leave the dashboard. Also, other cannot now login to the dashboard. Any ideas?/

Log out and try to login again and see what happens. If you find anything unexpected/unusual, report here.

Yeah, I go to logout on in the top right hand corner and it sends me to the 403 forbidden warning which reads

    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-login.php on this server.

So I am stuck in the dashboard. I thought it migth

Nothing to worry. It is a temporary problem caused by your hosting server’s config. You may contact your host for what is actually happening. Also read:

One thing i did do, which I probably shouldn’t have done, is copy and paste a title from an old post to a new one and then manually change some words in it and the permalink it crreated to reflect the content.

Apart from that, I used a sql command to change the site and home URLS in the local, development version of the site not the live one. I don’t think I changed anything in the live phpmyadmin as the site itself is still navigable.

O right. So this is happening all over the place.
