    Hi Siobh,

    You should have it written down from when you set it. If not, there is nothing we can do.
    Files encrypted end in “.enc” so if your file is “.zip” it’s not encrypted and you don’t need to worry about any keys.

    Is the encryption like a regular password that I chose? And am I allowed different attempts to put it in?

    Yay! I got it. Thank you. Now to try and work out how to get the zip files onto my ftp… !

    No problem! It’s something you set when setting up our plugin. No there’s unlimited attempts so it won’t lock the file or anything if you get it wrong.
