that’s strange… I just tried on the same IE version (on Windows 7), and the sorting works just fine… I have no problems in any browser.
Does this happen when you are logged out or when you are logged in?
Can you maybe try after clearing the browser cache?

I cleaned the cache without success.

really weird then… Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a Windows 8 machine.
Can you please check if you get error messages in the Internet Explorer Error Console?

I have no error message on the console.
but I have other abnormalities in the wordpress admin panel.
Tablepress have probably not involved in these problems.
