   I upgraded S. Widgets but this message showed up:

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare register_sidebars() (previously declared in /home/restricted/home/polzonoff/public_html/wp-includes/widgets.php:15) in /home/restricted/home/polzonoff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/widgets/widgets.php on line 22

   What do I do?

   You need to deactivate and delete the Sidebar Widgets plugin as WordPress 2.3 has native support for widgets.

   Widgets_SubPanel

   You don't need the widget plugin for versions above 2.x, widget functionality is now included in the core. Deactivate the plugin.

   Oh, I face the same problem previosly.
   I just have to delete the sidebar widget plugin since i am using 2.x wordpress.
