Change in Permalink Works but 404 error for old links

    I am using the latest version of WordPress for my website http://upbed2013.com.

    I am using a permalink structure which is like following:
    /%postname%-%post_id%.html
    Now I want to switch over to simpler one which is given below:
    /%postname%

    The fact is that changing the permalink structure works fine but I am not able to redirect the old url structure to new url structure. Can you suggest a plugin to make this task possible.
