How Can I Change Order Of Images (Without Corrupting Site)

I tried inserting the code in the solution in the resolved Order of Images topic, but it just corrupted the site and gave me a 502 Bad Gateway error, and I had to delete the plugin folder and reinstall the plugin to fix it. How can I change the order of the images?
