Create a page of posts

    How do I create a page of blog posts? Thus far, the only way I’ve accomplished this is adding the category “blog” and selecting that category on each post, then adding this category in the custom menu. However, it only shows a few lines of each blog entry.

    I would like to either show at least 10 lines of each post, or the complete post.

    I’m using the Attitude theme (child theme). If I knew what page to edit to accomplish this, that would be very helpful. Or perhaps there is a plugin that does this?
