I don’t see why that would be the problem. Are you getting any error messages? What happens if you click “Save Changes” on the settings page for the plugin? And just to be safe, could you let me know what Facebook ID you are using?

Hello, I am having an empty feed issue as well. It’s not ID related and I have made sure there are no spaces, etc. Don’t know why… however, when I check the “Thoroughness” box, I do get an UNKNOWN OAUTH error.

An empty feed is usually because of a bad Facebook ID. Go ahead and let me know what Facebook ID you are using and give me a link to the Facebook page you want to get the feed from.

Scott, what is privacy set to on the settings page for the plugin on your WordPress site?

    Scott

    (@olsonsp4c)

    Show all wall posts.

Well, this time I did it and no error, it pulled 1 post rather than 10, my most recent only. And my FB profile pic isn’t pulled.

Hmmm. Last night I had an issue with another plugin that couldn’t access the file xmlrpc.php in the root directory. I had to add a few lines to my .htaccess file to make it work with the help of my host. I wonder if that has something to do with it…

    any thoughts?

    Scott

    (@olsonsp4c)

OHHH. Now it’s pulling everything EXCEPT for my profile pic. I figured out that I just needed to change the width setting in the css because the scrolling bar wasn’t showing! YAY!

Any ideas about the profile pic?

    thank you!

    Scott

    (@olsonsp4c)

Odd. It must have had to do something with the .htaccess change I made because last night I ONLY got either NOTHING at all or the OAUTH unknown error. That’s the only difference between last night and now.

Strange. I’m not sure why the .htaccess would have anything to do with to do with the plugin. The only thing the plugin accesses on the file system is the default css file. I’m glad things are working for you, though.

I’m not sure why your profile pic isn’t showing up. I’m accessing your feed on my development site and it shows up there. There is a “Get profile picture from Facebook page with demographic restrictions” option you can check on the settings page for the plugin that you could try. I’m not sure why you would have any demographic restrictions though.

Can you give me a link to your WordPress site so that I can see what is going on?

    Scott

    (@olsonsp4c)

Yes, I am going to play around with the css to get the “Like” hand thing looking better. thanks for your help!

Your profile pic shows up just fine for me. I used Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m, Firefox 20.0.1, and Internet Explorer 10.

    (@olsonsp4c)

I just figured it out too. shows in firefox and ie. not in chrome – but i have 26.0.1410.64 m too. must be a quirk… I’m sorry for all this. it is confusing.
