Can't Reorder Songs in Backend

Link to my site: http://jackgarrettmusic.com/newsite/I know there are quite a few threads concerning the problem of reordering songs in the backend, but I did not want to hijack an existing one, so I am creating a new thread. I am a pro user of this plugin, and I believe that this issue only started occurring once I upgraded to pro.
I have disabled all plugins, and switched to the default theme, but the problem with reordering still exists. When attempting to reorder the songs with everything enabled, the song is not able to be selected.
With everything disabled and the theme switched, the songs can be selected and reordered but when saving the new order, the songs are not saved. They revert back to the old order.
I have read that they can be reordered in the database, but I am having issues logging into the database for this site due to the database being created at root level and the host’s phpmyadmin does not allow us to use the database login. I will contact them so I can hopefully get a work around. I am not sure how easy it will be to reorder them from the database?
Please let me know if there is any more information I can provide. It seems that a lot of people are having this issue, and it is unfortunate. If there is anything I can do to help isolate the problem and provide a fix, that would be fantastic.
