I can't see / access my site

Hi – before I start getting into an argument with my hosting company – who already claim that the issue is with my ISP rather than their hosting, can anyone see welookwelike.com? I was editing it via my phone last night using the wordpress app and then it’s been down since about 9am this morning. Not sure if the two are related or not?

I can see the site on my phone via 3g, but not on either of the wifi connections available to the house. I can’t login to the wp dashboard via 3g though – the app keeps saying that there’s an issue with the site.

All i”m getting in my browser on my mac is ‘the server cannot be found’.

HELP!

Thanks – I can’t see anything on http://www.welookwelike.com at all – just says server cannot be found.

Ok. Odd. Any ideas on why I can’t login to the wordpress dashboard at all? or can’t even see the site?

I’m on a mac.

Other sites are loading just fine. It just seems to be that one! Which is a pain as I need to edit it 🙁

Yep I can see the site whilst viewing with 3g on my phone however I can’t access it via my wordpress app on my phone / iPad.

I’m getting the ‘It seems your WordPress site is not accessible at this time’ error.

It seems there is some DNS problem with your ISP ( I am talking about your Mac).

Try from other location, where is another ISP.

Ask your friends, go to library.

Well you see I’ve two separate internet connections coming into the house. One with O2 and one with Sky.

Neither are allowing me to see my site / access the dashboard.

Nope – no joy on the PC laptop either.

Can you see the page http://www.welookwelike.com/wp-login/ ?

Ok will do. Although not technically minded that way. Should I log help desk call to my ISP as well to tell them to fix the issue?

Just to make sure, clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

If you are still unable to see your site, call your ISP.

Who hosts your site?

I have a similar problem that started today.
