   Right now, they appear at the bottom of my posts...I want the links to appear just below the post-title, along with the metadata/comments link.

   Where do you want this to occur? On the main homepage (index.php) in single posts (single.php) categories, or pages? Or all of them? To do this, you'll need to move them in the .php templates for each that you want to change (though it would be helpful if you could clarify what you mean by "links"!)

   By links, I mean the digg image, etc.

   I want them to appear along the line below the post title. Aligned to the left are the post date, and comments links. I want the "Digg this" link aligned on this line, to the right.

   And yes, I want this on all pages.

   abhijit, in the Gregarious options page go to the PostBadge options. Add the tag %CONTENT% below the links. Then add a style='float:right' or similar to a div surrounding the rest of the tags.
