Fatal error in TotalCacheAdmin.php on line 217

    Just tried to upgrade to W3 Total Cache Version 0.9.2.8 on a site still using WordPress 3.0.

    I get

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/TotalCacheAdmin.php on line 217

    Any fix for this? Or is this version of the plugin just not backwards compatible with WP 3.0 and won’t work until I upgrade WP (which I’d rather not do right this moment)?

    I had the same problem with W3 Total Cache 0.9.2.9 and WordPress 3.0.5 and I also didn’t want to upgrade WordPress.

    I have now switched to WP Super Cache, which in its current version 1.3.2 is working with my old WP installation.

    Old versions of WordPress are extremely insecure, you can always use an older version of W3TC that is compatible, but you will be missing out.
