Support Custom Roles in Advanced Settings [Feature Request]

Unless I’m totally missing something here the ignore users drop-down does not support custom user roles. Is think something that you’d consider adding in the future?

I looked into patching for this but it appears you are setting an array (in class-admin.php) then manually setting user level. This may be better rewritten as has_cap() which would allow more control over which users to ignore.
