Access denied. IP address is blaclisted.

    Hi. I have a site (http://www.skakistiko.com/) and I got an email from a visitor who can’t access my site:
    Access denied. Your IP address [84.205.231.43] is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting providers abuse department.

    My site is on bluehost. I contacted them, but they don’t have any idea. Any help please?

    Is that your IP address or the visitor’s? By default, WordPress does not block access based on IP,

    It’s the message that my visitor gets. I don’t know, but I suppose it’s my visitor’s ip.
