   On my 1.3 testbed I am experimenting. Now here's the thing. If you look at my blogroll link cat - then come what may; the full link list will not adopt the link styling between links two and three. In this case that means no border between those two links. Mysterious or what ? Furthermore the markup dispensed by the php does not give any clue. Very odd :)

   Ahh - theres more. If you keep refreshing the test blog then each time the list order keeps changing. Very wierd. :)

   Well I have varied it. But for border-top it goes away. Like now. :)
