    Couldn’t create the folder /home/pajaro/public_html/tienda/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/04

The first time I tryed it says:
The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/pajaro/public_html/tienda/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/04

How can I do to solve this?

    Thanks for your help.

At the moment I;ve seen that the plugin is there in the folder 2013/04 in the form of a ZIP. There are two uploaded: slimjetpack.2.2.2.21.zip and slimjetpack.2.2.2.22.zip

    Let me check permisions.

Read is ok for user – group – world

Write is ok just for user

Execute is ok for user – group – world

Hi try the following, uninstall the plugin from your website. FTP into your server and make sure that all folders are deleted i.e slimjetpack.2.2.2.21.zip and slimjetpack.2.2.2.22.zip. Then reinstall slimjetpack.2.2.2.22 again and see if that works.

    Kind regards

    I tryed and this ocurred:

    ====
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Could not create directory. /home/pajaro/public_html/tienda/wp/wp-content/plugins/slimjetpack/
    Plugin install failed.

I ALSO tryed to install it manualy uploading the files uncompresed and It says that slimpack.php was skipped, but in fact it didn’t install anything! Skipped all.

I deleted the folder slimjetpack I’ve created inside plugins folder and tryed what you said (delete files and try again).
    Now it says this:
“The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

ALSO now I searched Slimjetpack from the plugin area and it found version 2.2.2.3.
So, I pushed button “Install now” and it fails, saying:

    “Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/slimjetpack.2.2.2.3.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    What can I do?
    Any idea?

ALSO, now I deleted the jetpack plugin i’ve loaded but NOT activated. Then tryed to install Slimjetpack 2.2.2.3 as before and it says:

    Could not copy file. /home/pajaro/public_html/tienda/wp/wp-content/plugins/slimjetpack/_inc/images/atdbuttontr-2x.png
    Plugin install failed.

    Grrrrrrrr…

HEY, but now, besides that it says that it didn’t installed that file “atdbuttontr-2x.png” IT SHOWS UP into the plugins area!

I’am gonna try if it works.

Hi, sorry to hear that you are having many problems with Slim Jetpack. Have you tried to disable all plugins and then install Slim Jetpack?

Also do you have enough memory? Is this a new WordPress installation? What version of php are you running?

    Kind regards

    Thread Starter agpantin

    (@agpantin)

    Hi Mbrsolution,
no, I haven’t tried disabling all plugins and then install Slim Jetpack. Will do.

    Yes, is a new instalation.

Don’t know exactly what php version is, but ISP says it is good for WP instalation. I’ve installed it from a ISP’s easy script, you know.

I discovered that is low space in the server. Don’t know why. But enough to upload things I’ve tryed to upload, and is ocurring that server says it was uploading things and then I see it didn’t.

Well. I;ll try to disable all pluging and try again.

    Thanks for your help.
