Translate text at top of feed page?

    I’m working on a Norwegian WordPress Multisite. The client wants the subscribe text at the top of the /feed page to be in Norwegian rather than English. Is there a way to change it?

    ‘Subscribe to this feed using..
    Always use Live Bookmarks to subscribe to feeds.
    Subscribe Now’

    I tried using Feedburner instead but they only have a few available languages and Norwegian isn’t one of them.
