Hi,
Go to the page editor in the dashboard for which you want to remove the comment part.
Look for the Discussion Option box.
If you don’t see it look for the ‘Screen Option’ at top right part and check the Discussion box.
Uncheck the Allow Comments option in the Discussion option box.
Click on Update button.

@sanjiv. The reply/comment at the bottom of the page still remains with that modification. Went to screen option en unchecked comments bt no changes took place.
You need to tick the Discussion box of the screen option.
Then look for the Discussion option box below the page editor box.
Then uncheck the Allow comments option there and click on update button.
