No it doesn’t at this point. The idea has been to focus on content in the title and post rather than tags or categories.
This is one of the points on my todo list for the plugin, but I don’t have a timeline on when I will deploy this.
i would like to see support by tags,categories or even custom taxonomies.
In my example I have posts with only titles (image posts, not content) and many posts doesn’t show related or there are just one related post.
