New menu display problem

Hello,

Trouble seeing the menu expanding or contracting the window.

In small window, Click on the small menu to display, and click again to collapse, expand the window now, and the menu is hidden and lost.

In Internet Explorer:
Changing window size from big to small and small to big after the menu is displayed incorrectly.
