[Yeost] Is Nextgen gallery SEO-friendly?

This plugin contains alt text, description, xml-sitemap, but your tab does not show up. I wonder if I should use it. I’m fed up with time-consuming migration from WP Media to Nextgen as both have their strong and weak points.
