postname instead of game.php?id

Hi, I’m using game.php script but I want to have the game page to display the name instead of something like this “/game.php?id=343”.
I tried to use custom permalink /%catagories%/%postname%/ but it doesn’t work. Anyone have any idea?

This is my website, maybe by looking at it will give you more insight.

Going by game ID alone is very confusing trying to figure out in Google Analytics what page people went into.
