Comment post error

    I’ve unchecked the option that posters have to provide an email address for comment posting (as I’m moderating everything), but whenever anyone tries to post a comment they get the message “You are posting comments too quickly. Slow down,” even if it’s their first post. If they add their email address it goes through.
