not working on a vanilla copy of wp 3.5.1 (+evil windows temp folder workaround). new install, default theme, no other plugins active. is it just me somehow?

nvm. turned out to be an ip ban issue, due to an unresolved abuse incident with cogent, on the api server wunderground uses.
