Hi Big Sev, that’s a function relating to the Star Rating system…. I’m unsure what could be causing this error just from the message alone – are you able to post a link to your site here so I can check it out in more detail?
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. The website is located at http://www.almamuzic.com. Please let me know if you need a temporary account to access the administrator side.
Thanks
I’m sad to say that I really need this plug-in and I have the same problem.
I am using:
WordPress 3.7
Webmatrix
The newest version of the plug-in
I hope there is a workaround for my problem
Greetings
@webmaster95
Please can you post a link to your site so I can check the problem and try to help you further?
Thanks
I am also having this problem. Did it ever get resolved. I would post a link to my site, but I am working on it locally. Also, the problem is in the admin area. Is it absolutely essential for you to view the site to resolve this problem?
I had this problem with running the plugin on Webmatrix on localhost (IIS). However, when I uploaded the plugin to a linux server it worked – that is to say I didn’t get this error message.
I’ve seen a few users reporting this so I will definitely take a closer look when I have a chance. Adding it on my list of open issues to investigate further.
Useful info there from @steve Cracknell (thanks Steve) – it would be very helpful if other users with the problem can provide me a bit more information to help me isolate the error. What sort of setup are you using? Do you get any error messages in debug mode? Link to your site so I can see it?
Thanks Guys
